| Upon receipt of your Purchase Order
(P.O.) or shipping instruction, we will contact your vendor immediately to find out the
ETD. We will give them the address of our warehouse where the shipments should be
delivered. Using our Expediting Report Form, there will be no delays in our forwarding service. If the shipment received is not properly packed for export, we will notify you. Upon confirmation and your approval, we can provide this service for safe cargo transport. We will reserve a space with the carrier at least a week before the shipment leaves your vendor. We will send our Expediting Report to you with: Vessel Name, Shipping Schedule, and other important information. Other than the commercial invoice and packing list, we can prepare all other documents required for cargo export. Also, we can submit all controlling documents to the bank for L/C negotiation, so you will receive payment from the bank sooner than you expect. We will give you the ON-BOARD CONFIRMATION report and send you duplicate copies of all the shipping documents immediately, including B/L, as a final confirmation for your own file. In cases of air shipments, we will send information to you immediately after shipments leave for the destination airport with the following information: 1. Your P.O. number or reference number
For Full Container Load or Oversized ocean cargo, in terms of weight and dimensions, it is more effective and efficient to live load (that is, load a container at the factory) than to ship via consolidation. Furthermore, for such cargo, special arrangements need to be made in advance with various parties for proper shipment. This ensures minimal handling, hereby reducing the cost, as well as cargo safety. For future large or oversize shipments, therefore, we ask that you please contact us prior to cargo movement.
